CDS has acted as a servicer on behalf of Intertel. They have been troubles-shooting and finetuning our new Intertel Optiquest System for several months. I have found them to be invaluable in training us on the use of the ACD on this system which was totally foreign to us. They programmed the ACD to allow us to monitor and the data necessary for our business. Whenever we have needed to contact them for problems or assistance, they have responded promptly and efficiently. They are always attentive to our needs.
